Not me, though, my laptop. I shipped it yesterday — a funny story which will be shortened to this: after waiting for them to send me another box so they could actually *fix* its problems (unlike the last attempt they made at repairing it), MicroMedics finally told me that they had shipped the box. A week later my mom called me, and said it had arrived at her house. In frustration, I dug through my closet and found the box from the last time they shipped a box to the wrong place, called them, and asked if I could just use that one. They said yes, so yesterday I packed up my poor little laptop and took it to the UPS man, not to see it again for 2-3 weeks.
Considering that this may be the most boring post I’ve ever written, I think I’ll stop it here.

The Last Generation on Earth?.
It’s official. I have an author-crush on René Breuel.
The last line of this article reminds me so much of the message behind nearly every dystopia I’ve read. I love seeing it from this side, too.
A song featuring my good friend who passed on Saturday—in his sleep. This is surreal, peaceful, and a really great way to remember him.
June 2010 Prayer Letter (not a pdf anymore!)
First, I’ve found myself posting everything René Breuel writes. I think I might have an author-crush.
Second, I think my favorite quote from this is the identification of God as “a gentleman secure enough of himself to let his creatures shine on their own”.
‘Worry Isn’t Work’ – Shawn Blanc.
Great recap. The article was good, but I love Shawn’s take—“The only solution is to find our value, self-worth, and identity in something other than our job.”

Boxes in the wrong place, digging through closets, Mom calling, yada yada…
Never read such boring stuff. I’m glad you could use the box ya had, really!
Ha Ha Ha! I think Aunt Debbie made this post a bit zippier. Sillyness.
Matt, Abbie and I were just speaking in awed tones about your ability to maintain a very high gradepoint throughout college. Pretty impressive. I guess we’re pretty impressed.
