Ethnic Dance

Some pictures Cassie took of a Native American tribal dance made me think of the ethnic dances featured at Urbana ’06. I can’t link them specifically, but here are the pages that link them:

December 28 Evening: links to Hawaiian Dance

December 31 Evening: links to Native American Dance

There was other dance, but I can’t find links to it all. There are many, many talks worth watching/listening to on this site, and any Bible exposition from Ajith Fernando is probably some of the best you’ll ever hear. There’s a testimony about IJM (Gary Haugen was IV, baby), videos about urban ministry and global missions, spoken word, theater, teachings about globalization and American consumerism, teachings from African pastors about sending missionaries to America, more dance, a (completely unexpected) concert from Cross Movement. Lots of good stuff. You know.

The Hawaiian dance was sweet. It was so beautiful that I didn’t know what to do with myself afterwards.
